Responsive Web : Zeel

Working in coordination with Zeel's product team, we were tasked with examining the responsive desktop version of their consumer facing product for on demand massages. As a component of Zeel's complete platform revamp, we dove into the teams extensive research, expanding upon their work while exploring comparative and competitive booking membership flows, in order to increase new user conversion.

The above infographic was data received from Zeel team in a hard to read spreadsheet. Putting the pertinent info into an infographic made the date easier to read, and more pleasing to the eye.

From the information we received we can ascertain that many Zeel users book on the responsive web platform, but don't necessarily know know what type of massage they want, and would like to have the option to re-book with a previously seen ZMT (Zeel massage therapist).

A timeline was created in order to keep the project on track, and to make sure day-to-day goals were set and met.

The first iteration for the new user booking flow had a total of 34 clicks, 4 different text fill areas, and brought the user to 10 different pages.

The first iteration for the returning user booking flow had a total of 12 clicks, 1 fill text area (for sign in) and brought the user to 6 pages.

While the returning user booking flow was faster, and involved a lot less navigation from the user, the new user booking flow had more clicks than Zeel's initial flow. This issue needed to be resolved with more user testing, and  back to design studio.
